WebinarTuesday 14 July 2020 • 14:0000:00
When it comes to food insecurity, how do we assess what's happened over the last months to address rising need in local areas? And how can different actors and new collaborators determine what should happen next? Join Sustain for this webinar to explore how we can begin to make sense of it all.

We'll hear from Ian Burbidge from the RSA who will share a simple tool for assessing what's been happening during the Covid-19 pandemic and our responses to it. This can be used by individuals or organisations, whether working in the food sector or otherwise, and we'll be encouraging webinar attendees to think about how it can be applied within their own contexts. We'll also be joined by Simon Shaw of Food Power speaking about putting this tool into practice with over 100 people during the online Food Power Gathering in June, and what it can tell us about responses to food poverty in local communities and where we're headed next. Hannah Fenton from Sustain will also share her experience of using the tool to help develop a new food partnership in Buckinghamshire County.
