The European Food Safety Authority have announced they will include the findings of a recent report suggesting glyphosate is probably a carcinogen in their ongoing review of the herbicide.
The IACR report, published by the International Agency for Research on Cancer, the cancer agency of the World Health Organisation, was published earlier this year. It concluded that there was evidence of an association between exposure to glyphosate and the development of cancers such as non-Hodgkin lymphoma and lung cancer. EFSA expect to report their conclusions in November. Take a look at Sustain member the Soil Associations' glyphosate campaign #notinourbread
