Can caterers dish up sustainable diets?

Sustain member the Food Ethics Council is exploring the business case for promoting sustainable diets in the catering industry. 

The study, commissioned by WWF and catering giant Sodexo is due to be published in 2016. Get in touch with the Food Ethics Council if you know of caterers with progressive policies on sustainable diets.
