The Real Bread Campaign helps people to tell their stories, share their knowledge, and air their views.

My Baker's Dozen is a new format that's (hopefully) an even easier way for supporters of our charity’s work to grab the mic, step into the spotlight, or whatever other metaphor you fancy.

Why the Campaign is doing this

As part of our #WeAreRealBread initiative, the aim of this series of personal profiles is to celebrate people behind the rise of Real Bread, while informing and inspiring others.

It’s a bit of free publicity for people with a professional involvement in the rise of Real Bread (farmers, millers, bakers, bakery teachers etc.) but other Campaign supporters are also very welcome to jump in.

How to get involved

If you are a Campaign supporter…

Email your 13 answers to us, along with a few photos for us to choose from. We particularly love to see action shots: you making bread, selling at your bakery/market stall, teaching a baking class, harvesting grain, milling, or whatever your involvement with Real Bread is.

We’ll publish profiles on our website on a rolling schedule, though we might publish some in True Loaf (our quarterly supporters’ magazine) first.
