Looking for farmland in Scotland?

Sustain member Nourish Scotland is collaborating with a new organisation, the Scottish Farm Land Trust, to increase access to land for small-scale ecological agriculture.

An exciting collaboration between Nourish Scotland and a new organisation, the Scottish Farm Land Trust (SFLT), aims to make it easier for aspiring ecological farmers to find small plots of land. As a first step, the project created a survey to find out who wanted land in Scotland and what they wanted it for. The survey has already had an astounding 1200 responses. Throughout June, SFLT will be holding meetings around Scotland, in Edinburgh, the North-East and Inverness. You can find details of this and other Nourish projects here.
