Turn your food passion into a profession

If you have a passion for food production check out the School of Artisan Food's professional courses for bakers, butchers and cheese makers. 

New courses for 2015 include a two-week Artisan Butchery Fundamentals course and the Advanced Artisan Cheesemaking course for experienced cheese producers. The School's intensive 10-month Advanced Diploma is the only course in the UK dedicated to artisan bakery skills.
