In May we announced the UK's largest restaurant wholesaler's switch to 100% demonstrably sustainable fish. The news was picked up in The Times (print only), The Grocer, The Radio Times, bt.com and yahoo.com, as well as trade press including Hospitality and Catering News and Cost Sector Catering.
