How to reverse the crisis in our soils

The Sustainable Soils Alliance outline the interventions needed to restore soil health within one generation in a new report.

In an event report from the launch of the Sustainable Soils Alliance the newly formed partnership outlines eight actions - from incentives to education - that need to be done to reverse the soil crisis.

They are now turning their attention to the government’s 25 Year Plan to Improve the Environment. On 13 March they will be holding a conference hosted by Rebecca Pow MP in the House of Commons to discuss the steps needed to ensure that soils - alongside air and water - get the attention they need and deserve.
