More communities seek protection for their pubs

Sustain member CAMRA (the Campaign for Real Ale) are celebrating more pubs being nominated as ‘Assets of Community Value’ (ACVs).

The increase comes in the last six months, since a joint CAMRA and government initiative to protect England’s most valued pubs. ACV status means pubs are protected from being demolished or converted without planning permission. See a full list of Sustain members.
