Executive power to drive organics forward

With demand for organics increasing, the Organic Trade Board has announced three key appointments to help it ensure that consumption and production of organic food in Britain continue to expand.

Adrian Blackshaw, the OTB's new chair,  is an organic farmer with a broad business, financial and political background. David Diggens, the new Commercial Director, brings commercial experience, having worked as Sales Director of Strathmore Mineral Water, as well as founding the Norfolk Rivers Trust. Paul Moore, formerly Chair, now becomes CEO.

Sustain member the OTB also retains Catherine Fookes as Campaign Manager of the team that launched "Organic Naturally Different", #OrganicUnboxed and "Wake up to Organic", as part of an award-winning marketing campaign that has boosted awareness of organics among consumers.
