Dairy farmers who have been protesting about milk prices and other issues facing their sector are to meet with Morrisons supermarkets.
The meeting comes after dairy farmers organised protests including blockading distribution centres and taking cows into a supermarket in Stafford. Farmers unions from across the UK including the NFU have developed an action plan to improve milk contracts, labelling rules and promote a fair price for milk.
