Across the UK, local food systems are revitalising town centres, boosting local economies, and providing fresher, tastier food in ways that benefit both the climate and nature.
Local food fosters resilience. As climate change and political instability increasingly affect our world, producing more food close to home simply makes sense. We are creating a collective Local Food Growth Plan that can scale the sector, to maximise its positive impact.
