Food Poverty Action Aberdeen (FPAA)
FPAA formed in response to rising demand for emergency food provision combined with concern about the rapid increase in food banks. Partners include 61+ public sector staff/ services, charities, community organisations and faith-based groups involved in supporting people in food poverty/ insecurity. FPAA aims to secure access to food produce, personal hygiene products, etc. for partners and clients, and to establish formal coordination between partners, share information and network.
