The Living Wage Foundation has announced a new UK rate of £8.25 and a new London Living Wage rate of £9.40 per hour.
More employers are signing up to pay the living wage, with more than 2,000 accredited Living Wage employers across the UK. In London the number of employers paying the London Living Wage has grown from 429 to 724 in the last year.
